What a busy month we have had in 4th class! We had lots of fun making (and eating) delicious and healthy wraps, and all of the children are now ready, willing and able to make a wrap at home and bring it to school for their lunch. We were very excited also to make the short trip to the local Post Office, to post some very special cards. Finally, we were so lucky to be invited to the launch event for the Children’s Book Festival 2023, which took place in Cork City Library on Grand Parade. The children took part in a wonderful workshop, led by Irish author Eve McDonnell, and they really enjoyed the opportunity to use their imagination, explore their creativity, and learn about the creative process of turning inspiration into art and writing.
